It has just come to my attention that there has been a major power outage in Saratoga, including West Valley College. The campus will be closed this evening so we will have to cancel tonight’s rehearsal.
I will have to speak with a number of people to make sure that this could be a possibility but could you please respond to this email if you cannot make a possible rescheduled rehearsal for tomorrow night, Thursday, same schedule as tonight.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this extremely unfortunate situation. Please keep your eyes peeled for further communication.
